update? engine parts on way for motor repair? please say yes!!!! There is no possibility for repair in time for the remaining rounds unfortunately, even if they could get valves the head is still pretty chewed up. However Andy has improved on his personal best with a 6.27 1/4 mile.

thats bad news, lets hope they can all get back on track real soon. Next aim is November back in Bahrain. One option they are looking at is leaving the race truck and car at the track and just shipping the engine and box back for repair. Much more cost effective that transporting everything back to the UK then out to Bahrain again.

With all the runs they had done to the 1/8th getting the launch right they were on track for a 6.1x or even a 6.0x when the engine had it's problem

Great video dude! Can you post it up on the 5 second club page?
As for the breakage it was unfortunate, but we got 21 hits on the track for data. More than 2 years worth over here. It did highlight the problem of budget though. If we'd had a spare head or heads we could have carried on, and probably broke the 5 second barrier at least. We were on the cusp of getting the car to go straight, which meant we could start adding power early. But spare heads cost a bunch, like 10k, and it just wasn't in our budget to get them.... Thanks for the support folks..
