I'm looking for an e39 touring tailgate. Doesn't have to be perfect, I don't mind doing a bit of tidying and I'll no doubt have to paint it to match the rest of the car. My one is beyond repair though.
Within reasonable distance of Leicester would be ideal.

Correction: it's in great condition, the curse word one is on the non-running 540
Titan Silver we paid £160 but can go for a ton since we were too lazy to fit it.
If it fits in B7 saloon audi boot I'm sometimes up that way.
If it fits in 2017 Octavia hatch i can meet you at M1 service station around 7am on Saturday
