We need to have a go at fibreglassing on the Fug, so are asking if anyone knows of a good supplier? There are a couple of companies that jump out if I search, but they seem to want to supply kits rather than bits.
There are some bits to fill and a couple of bits we’d like to have a go at making....I’ve got a book, and had a read, but really we need to have a go and see what happens
(It’s also something we could potentially do at home in the shed, so it might be a side job when its really cold!)
Thank

I use my local automotive refinishing factor - he does not keep a vast stock on the shelf but will order it in for me - last time I did a couple of side pods for a Formula Ford race car and I needed a fair bit of resin he ordered a 5 litre tin in for me and was it quite cheap compared to what a what a little 500ml tin costs at your so called motorist / DIY places / Halfrauds - I would do a little search around the locality and see if you can find a good automotive paint supplier - from experience the independents are miles more helpful than the larger chain type factors.

I used these guys: www.mbfg.co.uk/Fast delivery, items as described and (for what I was after) a bit cheaper than the alternatives.

I use www.mbfg.co.uk for any I use, they've never let me down and have always been either cheaper or equivalent price to their competitors.

I use East Coast after a couple of people recommended them to me.

The biggest trouble is the carriage cost for the runny bits. I was looking around and found somewhere local who is pretty well-priced because I can pop over there and pick stuff up. But no good if you're not in the area of course. Website is hideous, but the prices were good last time I checked: www.resin-supplies.co.uk/product.htm
