The 'red box' in the engine compartment is [afaik] dealer alarm? Mine does nothing and I have no 'plip lock' which I believe is part of this.... Do you have that Plip working/alarm operational. Seems two red LED in the top right of the dash should blink & a kill switch is fitted in the bonnet pull recess?? I'm replacing all the carb vac hoses with silicone and giving the carb a tune-up... Tickover is a bit erratic and the car occasionaly stumbles on pickup, like after a stop at lights. Mahoosive NV for boot spoiler {not spoiling it at all} Full report on works in progress pleez *fast fact* I see you replaced the fan speed resistor on your Honda = I bought one and cut it down to fit the Toyota housing to sort mine! Reason? .. Honda/Rover £6 or Toyota £40 OVIMOR

AFAIK the spoiler is factory. I've no idea how Toyota 'spec' of different models gets rubber chin lip (rocky horse poo for Corolla lads!) or no lip/boot spoiler or no spoiler. Mine has chin and red coach line/no boot spoiler I like the lines of saloon, rather than hatch.... however, I don't shift washing machines/fridges lol OVIMOR

I have a tin tag on my bunch (spare set). Likely related to VIN... Dealer look-up.

If you remove the passenger side door lock on a lhd car, there's a number (4 digits) on it, with that number your dealer can get a new key cut as well. Not sure if it's the drivers side lock on a rhd car which has the number.

Are you going up size/rolling dia with that tyre wheel combo? Or wider/lower...
Do the steels match spigot bore/what are they off?
Values££? I think CarinaII must be at the 'bottom of the curve/Oval fodder'...
