So carrying on from my "What have I done?" thread, here's the for sale add
Bidded on this on ebay not expecting to win, won it, thought it'd be a laugh so had it delivered. Then was informed I couldn't keep it in our shared unit for one reason or another.
So I'm now it needs to go one way or another
Good points;
I think it's the only on over here so its, dare I say it... RARE
It has glitter flake in the paint on the roof
It has air that actually works (I have a video)
It has wheels that maybe worth more than £50
Bad points;
It did run, now it wont start (suspected ignition switch issue)
It's rotten, sills have completely gone. although for a competent welder they're really simple sills so wouldn't be more than a few weekends work at most
It's a swimming pool, but its holding water so that's also a good sigm, floors argent rotten too. No idea where its leaking from
It's god awful, mostly because of the paint
Doesnt select gears easily (bush missing from bottom of gearstick)
It hasn't had a MOT for about 10 years, but i found Rock Auto to be very VERY cheap for all service parts (like we're talking 80p for an oil filter, £1.70 for an aux belt)
I have no logbook
Interior has been stripped and I cba to re-fit
It's done a lot of kilometres (203235)
Needs to be tailored away, obviously
I want what I paid for it ideally, £350, but make me an offer.
Sooner it goes, more likely I am to accept a lowball offer
Needs to be gone within 2 weeks, that or I'm stripping and scrapping
Located in Halesowen, West Midlands
I honestly think it wouldn't take all that much to get it back on the road, just I'm literally being forced to get rid (they want it out the unit today but that aint happening lol) else I'd have kept it and stuck with my original plan of getting it to the RR weekender.
Just think, you could be pimping around in a rare american thing with air ride and strange paint.
You could be the cool kid at RR weekender.
Heres the pics (message me your number and I'll whatsapp you the video of the air, cant upload it for some reason)

Tried to be honest in this thread, theres more in the build thread that I've probably missed
forum.retro-rides.org/thread/208487/chevrolet-corsica-on-bags
More of an honest advert than the original ebay add, as I've properly poked at it, shouldn't be any more surprises, hopefully.
£350
