I have for sale my 1999 T plate E39 540 manual with accident damage. Cat C write off. Still complete and still runs OK and kinda drives. 137k miles. 4.4 V8, 6 speed manual, 2 owners, first was a doctor to 95k miles with BMW history. My daily driver for about 9 years till it was written off on my way to work 18 months ago. I fitted a E36 M3 EVO 3.2 LSD about 7 years ago. Adjustable ride height coil overs on rear, braided brake lines all round, PAS pump mounted via steel bracket as they snap their mounts regularly. I was keeping the car to re shell it into a lesser E39 or stick all the running gear into a Rover SD1 or Scimitar or TR7 or E30 or my Volvo 940 or something like that but it looks like I won't have the time for such a project.
