Greetings,
I'm trying to find a silencer box where the inlet and outlet pipes are at the same end. The only thing I'm finding at the moment is the C1/Aygo/107 back box, which might be a trifle small.
Any pointers towards similar style silencers would be gratefully received. There's no need for exact dimensions - whatever happens I'll finish up breaking out the magic sparkie machine to adapt it for my purposes.
Cheers,
Chris, P45.

MGF back box? If you are going to modify it anyway one of the outlets would need to be blocked off.

You could use a Vauxhall Omega silencer with the single inlet blanked and the twin tailpipes as in-out. I used one similarly to make a twin exit exhaust for a Mazda 323F once.

Lots of Mercs have that setup. W124 and w210 both do.

Mk1 Mondeo has them on some versions - think the 2.0 and V6?

I think the Dolomite Sprint exhaust did that twice!

Nice one, chaps. Had completely forgotten the Triumph one, Mondeo looks interesting.
Cheers,
Chris.

I think the Dolomite Sprint exhaust did that twice! Stole my line! But yes, that's the one that came straight to my mind. It's far from a cheap exhaust system in that format, which is why many are on sports systems.
