Have you contacted ARP Racing bolts? They have a huge range and I would be amazed if they didn't have something suitable. I would be reluctant to re-use due to all of the other work that has gone into the engine.

Unless they're obviously damaged (heads rounded off normally) or being replaced by performance items I reuse rod bolts in every engine I do (5-10 a week) and not had any issues. On some engines they need measuring to make sure they're not over stretched but never had any that are.

If they are not torque to yield (ie torque then angle) and have no signs of necking (bolt shrinking in diameter when stretched, check with micrometer or good quality calipers) they should be fine to re-use.

I do have 4 new genuine GM bolts in stock if that helps, I may have others but would need to look, the Lotus Carlton straight 6 24 valve used different bolts to your 12 valve engine

They look like ARP bolts to me, I may have some part numbers for them but what is the dimension from under the head to end of the thread possibly 47mm or 55mm? are you able to work out if the thread is metric or imperial?

Have you tried Risse Motorsports in Germany? Mostly all about the 2.0cih engine as I recall but I think they're pretty good with most things Opel. Might be able to supply you or point you to a supplier.
