Hello
Not Retro I know but a friend has had the above sitting around for 12 months, has done circa 77K and the HG is borked.
He has a child on the way so the L200 is surplus to requirements.
Is it worth taking it on as is and doing the spannering?

All depends on you having time and several hundreds to splash on it.
It could be that you require a complete Head, new Bolts and whatever else.
Finding the initial problem initially would be an absolute must. Then the above parts possibly..

Thanks Japman
Paid 1200 for it, had the hard taken off today and the HG has failed next to 1 and 2 near waterways. Head going for a skim then back for a build up!
