Almost all of the cars I've ever owned were projects when I got them. So I have some before & after pics. The 2 that I know about that they've spent time in a barn were my 1000TC racer ( a bone stock, rusty, wore out Fiat 600 at the time ) That I've owned for going on 35 /40 years now. And my '58 Fiat 500 Nuova America. Hopefully I'll get to some more work on it soon...

I got these 3 out of guys' yards. This one out of a junkyard. These 2 ( ( actually the buggy , one just like it. It was a Fiat 600 based buggy ), out of dealership storage cellars.

My wife likes to remind me that I snuck the Capri in while she was out of the country for work. Which technically, isn't true. ( I found it on the way back from bringing her to the airport ) But the one she was really unhappy about was my little forklift. I told her " But it looked so cute on the side of the road... " , which didnt help at al...

I'm stumped, i KNOW it's somewhere in my memory, I can even picture the damned thing from the front. I'm sure there was a pre-facelift version which had a "moustache". Can someone put me out of my misery and tell me what this is... I've been thinking about it all day for god's sake Thanks so much!

Continuing the Bradford Barn find theme. Here is Tramp, a few photos taken from when it was being viewed during its slumber by the seller as I was buying it. Here it is today. Though as I sit here in Lockdown, not near a Jowett possibly for the first time in almost 15 years, a few relaxed days ahead. Travelling to do Jowett tinkering is really non essential at the moment. So thought I would do a bit of viewing and posting on here. March 2014 January/March 2020

It always has its uses, if I can find a use for it, it will get used. Gardening waste trips to the local dump. I keep asking them if I can leave it there, but no one has claimed it yet. Even moving some furniture back along. Turning it into a 4 seater pick up! Perhaps I'll do a readers rides thread one day.

Dragged out of the bush where it was resting for 10 years. Bought unseen a few years ago, its very rotten but I'll get on it once my red mk1 is back in one piece. Whereabout's was this? I think I may have owned it about 20 years ago. Edit: Yes, I did. Untitled by jack chevelle, on Flickr It's a barnfind too, as i bought it out of a barn in 1999/2000 near Holt in Norfolk for £50.

Amazing, such a small world on this ace forum. I had it from Norfolk too so it hadn't gone too far. I'll dig out the paperwork (there is lots) as I've got details on a few previous owners

I sold it to him, He did a load o work to get it running again, Lent it to my Brother, then sold it, Then bought it back again. 91797639_10157418416653795_6851010270672715776_n by jack chevelle, on Flickr This photo is from 2000ish. I'd sold the car to Dan, The Black Mk1 was mine.
