Google Translate app has a feature where it translates text from a photograph. I just tried it out on the photos in the link you show here and it works, albeit a little ‘odd’. Here’s some of the translated text from the photograph;
As for the interior, another good Activan is prepared and seats and door panels are transplanted, so stock is kept. Surprisingly good considering the year. The dash is refreshed with brown flocking paint, the steering is selected from three Astrall spokes, and the horn button is selected from the Honda emblem. The photograph of '18 when the state of mint green above is before remake. Although it has a rough finish, it has become popular as it has won awards at events and was covered in magazines. Below is the current figure after restoration and modification. Transformed into a smoothie and chic style. Talk to the non-sensei! Well then! When I come to a European event, I'm going to enjoy it. The coronation is down and you're young. I wanted to customize this completed car with kunology to the fullest extent, while keeping the appearance of Naru, but it is a modern te, but I will make it with a classic Origi car instead I can hear it. It was People around me said, "It's been drifting, but it's been four years since I finally got my ideal shape. I'm rebuilding all the cart parts. I've diverted the repair panel to make a bed under the bed. Or, I've been using a commercial product for Wagen Bus Melika cars as an inner.

Yes that's what I'd put on original post - I tried the app with interesting results so i was looking for human translation but it's all sorted now - google app was much better when i just highlighted separate sections of the article. Interestingly the app seems to do a slightly different translation each time you do the same characters.

I also asked around on other forums, including UKGSER where one would have hoped to find some weirdo who speaks fluent Japanese and Welsh or such like.
Only GeoTim posted a reply,
Who knows, maybe someone comes to the fore.

Hi all I’ve been sent a copy of my forthcoming Acty feature in custom car Japan magazine to proof read and verify. I’ve verified it using google translate which is questionable on some of the phrases but wondering if that’s just a tech issue in the translation. Can anyone here help to read it for me - I don’t need word for word translation typed into English but just would be good if it could be read and let me know if anything is obviously amiss . Thanks in advance Phil Very cool - congratulations on your article!

bit late now but could the publisher not have supplied a translation? I think they were worried it would get lost in translation too.

A feature in a uk mag is cool, but a feature in a mag on the other side of the planet, thats much nicer. I mean, if I saw even a thumbnail of my car in there id fall to pieces. Nice to get some exposure in the cars homeland, and a great thing to display at shows.
