Awesome mk1 mate. She looks fantastic, and the stripes are too cool.
How did you get the back sitting like that? What springs are you running, and are you using lowering blocks? I got a mk1 4-door (project, lots of work to do, but we'll get there!) and want it sitting like that at the back. Want to put stripes like that on it too!

samyboy... yeah I'm on OldSkoolFord (ykt ) loving the fezza hak074... nothing at all to the suspension! someone was sat in the back on the first pics and they were taken when i had 185/70's on the back and 165/70's on the front . looked cool but handled like a greased pig, so i've just had 4 x 165/65's fitted and its like driving a different car (apart from all the same rattles, bangs and clonks ;D). I've got 1.5" lowering blocks for the back and some 2" 170lb lowering springs for the front and i'll fit them at some point. Cheers for all the comments guys, it makes it all worthwhile.

Well done dude, look excellent! How did you cause the damage? Your fault or someone elses? Part of the fun of these old cars is doing stuff like this, its a rewarding hobby isn't it

I was unsure about leaving it without a bumper, as all that hard work is now totally unprotected but i supose the bumper is not gonna protect it that much, and its extra weight My next problem is what to do about a number plate, cause I'm gonna get pulled driving around without one but it looks fuggin' ace without ( i might have to see how long i can go without putting one on ;D) and i need to pull my finger out and fit all of the suspension/lowering kit i have, then it should look ;D ...How did you cause the damage? Your fault or someone elses?... i had a coming together with the back of a punto i was very lucky the police saw everything so they could back me up about it being the other drivers fault. Still cost me a fortune to put right

Excellent work! Know what you mean about the fit of the wings, mine was "restored" "professionally" (yeah, right... ) in the '90s and the wings don't fit that well! Did you find genuine wings, or pattern ones? Regardless.... top marks for getting out there and getting on with it! Looks great.
