just to let you know this is still going on (a bit less intensive lately though), i just haven't had time to make a worthy update to the story for a whole month now, but there's a crucial one coming up soon! thanks.

at last, a long-awaited (or perhaps an unexpected ) update to the Phase 6 story! the 2nd part is about cooling, intake, exhaust and instrumentation: and not to forget, finally getting to test-drive the car in anger with both engines! you can find the second part of the story (with 30 new pics) on THIS PAGE. enthrilling video of the test-drive coming soon! thanks.

Superb! Cannot wait to see the video Thanks for keeping us up to speed, was wondering how it was getting on! And retractable air intakes on the side?!?! Thats a brilliant touch! Loving the dash and 'minidash' too, very neat indeed! So did you find you needed an expansion tank at both ends to keep it cool?

thanks for the compliments.
we needed the rear tank to get the rear engine cool, apparently it didn't want to circulate the water around the block without it for some reason... but we initially thought it would work ok as the radiator is common... proved not to be the case.

that's it - the moment of truth! and not just that but it's a race with time as well, as this happens from 1AM to 3AM and we have to leave for season's last drag race at 5AM! unfortunately, a cracked rear expansion tank messed up our plans for the race . still, it was a very productive night and i'll leave it to you to decide if the car met the expectations or not . 205 Mi32 :: video #004 :: The very first twin-engined test drive thanks.
