Very cheap- but lots of wires and hoses and stuff- and a hairdryer attached to the side.
You'll have an easier time then me on your conversion as you wont have the steering column in the way of the exhaust.
go for it!!!

for your car or mine? I'm going to stick with wheels i have for now and once i have tyres onm slot mags i'll try them on and see how it looks. I'm thinking of painting the centres on the slot mags black to make the rims stick out all shiney like. I'll post pics up then and get a vote!

Took car for 450 mile trip to wales and back for few days mtbing. before I left I grabbed a bike computer from the shop I work at and fitted it via a bit of sheet metal to front caliper. Its not a cordless computer its an older model thats good up to 120mph. the photo I took of computer mounted next to gauges came out s--t but heres a picture of the mounting. Its easy to set up and is bloody accurite so now I no what spped I'm actually doing! Plus its got an ave speed function And trip meter. second picture of chevette morning after it saved me and Hannah from a cold night...as someone forgot the tent poles ... anyway I can now tell you all that its easy for a 6'2" bloke to sleep in the back of a chevette! ...actually bl--dy comfy! alex

Hi there, Yeah- just done a photo shoot for PPC mag this weekend- I don't know when its getting published but anyway - i'm well chuffed! They liked the car so thats cool. On our way home from photo shoot I put 27 litres of diesel in chevette!
s--t- I realised what I'd done when putting pump back up on hook. So I paid for it ( bloke giving me strange look at a chevette running on diesel..) and we pushed it off the forecourt onto some nice patch of grass behind shop. Thank f--k for electric fuel pumps- 20 odd mins later and the grass smelt alot like diesel. Then a 5 litre jerry can of petrol and back up the the pump.
The bloke gave me a funny look again...a 'didnt you just buy a load of diesel 20 mins ago?' sort of look.
Seemed to run better than ever. ;D

haha diesel 12a. Bout time you got the die grinder out isnt it? make abit of noise. Whats this about an rx3? pics needed! how much was it? bet ur stoked with the price compared to when you were over here. mate just just spent 6 grand or something on his 808s paint job. And he'll still make money if he sells it you should export that mint series 3 Sa over to me could make abit of coin. actually you shoud buy up everything send it over to me. Split the profits ;D

Rx3- hmmmmm.....
I put down £100 deposit- mine for £700 all in...but i aint picked it up yet so gotta phone him. I've a coupla friends who want it so it might go to one of them. very cheap- all original and complete!!! Just a little rust to sort around the screens.
Rx7 series 3 has been bought by a mate of mine- £250. Rotarys are soooooooooo bl--dy cheap here in blighty! I don't know why but its bl--dy great so i aint gonna complain! ;D

Hi Alex, diesel! oh dear. Still it'll keep the tips lubed. Your car will be in the January issue and it'll be on the shelves on 27th December.

Diesel dumped in grass/soil? I'm no eco warrior but that sounds a bit stoopid.
Chevette's still cool though.

Slipstream.... Is that you Graham? Cool- I'm well chuffed- cant wait!!!! Cheers
As for diesel- well i did actually feel bad for the grass and I offered the diesel to several people including some RAC blokes. But no one seemed to trust a bloke (wearing a hoodie) in a dodgy looking old brown car that shouldnt be running on diesel offering them free diesel....
Think of it this way- they wont need to cut the grass for a while so that will save the use of a mower. And I didnt need to call out RAC so saving the planet from another car trip.
And my car is old and kept in good working order- I have not ever and will not ever buy a new car (because they suck and telling people that buying a brand new polo to save the planet because it uses slightly less fuel when most emmissions from a car -80% on ave- is caused during manfacture....
And I ride a pushbike 7 miles each way to work and back past long lines of motionless traffic... bikes rule for that!
rant over- whoops ;D
