hello every one.. I think its about time I introduce my self and the car.. ;D well here are some pictures not too good with the camera but any way this is how it was when I bought it completely stock apart from the exhaust that I got 2" stainless steel pipe right from the manifold to the back box with a booster pipe and a 3" tail pipe...... ;D shopped around for some wheels couldn't find any but found a company who does them and picked up well not really picked up, made to order, team dynamics multi spoke wheels which took them bout 6 weeks to deliver to my door step and this is how it looks like at the moment... now needs to come down ;D

Looking better than good! Executive repmobile with Charismatic style.
Has anybody ever done one of these as a slammed, alloyed, low profiled pick up?

Very nice! Looks really good, I'm never a fan of the grilles on 940's... but with some black paint the front end always looks much meaner ;D

thanks, yea they are the only chromed thing on the hole car.. well well just for a quick update for today installed the new cold air induction kit that arrived yesterday made some mounting bracket for the induction and the air flow sensor and mounted it in nice and sturdy. also had to cut the front plastic so that the new airbox could get some cold air from the front. ;D omg look at all that space i got there now that the orignal airbox is gone while i was at it i realise the vacume box was tied down with zip ties made a bracket for that aswell, just need to take it off and paint it thought id test it and see how it sounds.. revd the car a few times and hit the limiter then the car backfired now it was dark i was able to realise this so i got a video for you all

I'm always amused at the fact that European towbars look very phallic.
How difficult was it to mask off the slash/badge on the grille?

wasnt hard at all.. ;D just took the hole grill apart, sanded the grill down, painted it and and then when it was dry hot glued the whole thing back to together also alterd the grill so that it does not sit flush with the chrome frame, not sure if you can tell from the pickys ill try and look for a pick with the before and after.

yea... so moaar work one fine monday morning have a cuppa tea off to uni and the car refuses to start thought it was the remote start i installed earlier that weekend that caused it to die. done all checks couldnt figure out what was rong. Got some help from a car electrician mate and he done his thing and came to a conclusion, loss of compression, droped oil down the bores no good... so towed the car back home and it was a head off job, guess what? timing was out by 6 notches and had 4 exaust valves bent. took everything off and here are some pics to do the talking. the head new stuff old bent valves head with new valves. meh grinding them in to their seats was a job back on the car now the timing belt and other important stuff like the radiator airfilter... also got a new dizzy cap and rotor arm they were nearly End of life. no pictures sorry altho the car runs much better... more like milion times better ;D ;D
