Sorry for the poor quality, taken on my phone, cams dead. Just got them in the car with the new harnesses. I had some metro seats in which had been trimed the same but they wore out. Had these buckets done and used 4 point harness now because I only use the car for fun. All the interior is a cream swade and the dash is a cherry wood. Once the cars back on the road i'll give it a good clean up and post more pics of the whole thing. [

Mate that looks perfect! Definately went for exactly the right choices in the end, and I love the new steering wheel! ;D

well this has done the trick, blown the gear box up, dizzy drive decided to come out the gear box. hehehe overtaking a estaste (some sort) in 3rd foot nailed at 90ish can't of helped. So engine is coing out again strip it down and see how bad it is, all comes down to how bad the block is. more pics to come once the engine is apart.

That's never good. However, breakage is always a good excuse to upgrade/tune the ass off it

Hi Guys, if you read the old post you will see i blew up my gear box almost writing of my engine. We its all been rebuilt (again) New cam, crank, piston etc. I was going to put a supercharger on it using a vmax kit, just seemed to be lots of problems with the designs. Inlet temps are massive and fuel leaks back out the carb... didn't like the sound of that, so i hunted around and struck up on bike carbs got in touch with Bogg Brothers. They put a pair of blackbird carbs on to a manifold and jetted them up. not wanting to leave things alone i decided to put a front mounted rad in to get better cooling. it was always the plan, one of the reasons i went down the megajolts route. alternator has been replaced with a small unit of a nissan somthing... (cheap of ebay) all comming together now. had it running for about 30 second to check it would start. got some more problem to over come yet but getting there. First think to fix is to add a extra spring in the throttle to get the pedal come back up and more inportantly the carbs to close.

So are you ditching the supercharger idea now ?
As I remember minispeed (or similar) were selling a good supercharger kit. The only comments I remember hearing were to make sure you fit the kit yourself as they do a terrible labour job.

Impressive looking Mini. How well does the A-series respond to bike carbs - are they much better than twin SUs?

Bike carbs are great,i have them on my 1380.The sound of them is awesome,i think they are half way between a webber and twin su`s. Alex where did you get your air filter from?As i`m running socks like you had on at the moment,i was thinking of modifying a webber k&n to fit.
