I have secured a new set of rims for the Sierra They are 8j x 15's I know they are going to poke so I plan to stretch the tyres to keep me legal (just) I was planning to use either 195/55 or 205/50 tyres will these give me a decent amount of stretch? or if anyone has any better suggestions please air them ;D Sorry I know this is a bit of a "done" question

185 or 195 should do it depends what ya need to mate with the arch personally with the way these cars are unless you are spacering the rear, i'd run more stretch up front than the rear perhaps 205 or 195 on back, less on front? good work BTW what offset are they?

I reckon a 195 50 would look killer, if slightly buggering up your gearing.

good work BTW what offset are they? Meant to be et30 but I think they might end up being rwd offset, they'll fit one way or another I reckon a 195 50 would look killer, if slightly buggering up your gearing. I'm not fussed, when I had the saab rims on they had 195/45 15's so it was completey out anyway ;D

Well just for you I have dug this pic out rear 16x8 ET25 225/something(40/45?)/16 tyres and fit quite nice with very slight stretch if owt so based on et30 you may be good for 205's on rear and 195 on front, if they are 0 or summat might need lairy stretch!

I ran 185/45/15s on a 7.5" wheel, which gave ample stretch, so should give quite a bit on an 8J

195/50 on 8x15. Nice stretch...not enough to scare people/attract negative attention but enough to get the look.

Cheers Keg, wasn't impressed with performance of my last Dunlops bought, but it does sit lovely on that.
