Update time She's now fitted and just about running , slight prob with the ignition - it'll run for about 20 - 30 mins before dieing , spark dies out slowly. The exhaust gives it just enough 'noise' although it might get tiresome on a long trip. just a bit of body work to finish before it's back on the road. . It'll be nice to be able to drive it without leaving a smoke screen behind me ;D

Well it had to happen It looks like I'm going to be getting rid of this and the coupe I've got. It's been a couple of years since getting the engine in and sorted with having the car 'on the road' , I've managed to do about 10 miles in it and most of that is to the garage for it's mot. The stupid thing is It's had new panels - boot lid , n/s rear 1/4 panel and the door frame piece in front - along with a load of welding work plus all the work on the engine but , what with another car to keep going ( granada cosworth 3.0 v6 ) lack of money and new hobbies somethings got to give The last pics - Show it with the engine in and just about sorted , it needs a bit of tuning on the carb ( or it could just be lack of use ) and it pulls great with the 3spd + o/d auto box. Ah well
