how can that be legal if there arent any arches? I thought it was illegal if your wheels stuck out even a little bit? It's not legal! ;D You can get an MOT like that, but it is a road traffic offence. Doesn't seem to put many hot rodders off tho. And despite not really 'doing' Volkswagens of any description I've had a soft spot for this; since I saw it in CC years ago Also glad to see there is no mention of whether you should use a 'V' instead of a 'v'

I'm sure he'll be pleased to know that it just wouldnt work with a 1303 then! lol some cool pics there. ive always loved em. Stinkbug still looks fresh today as it does when i first saw it. Some cool cars in this thread, the brown Heb style incarnation is one of my faves. Here is something I spotted last year, the wheel arches do it no favours.
