Being at Haynes last weekend I was able to look up an old friend who I haven't seen for a few years..... ....I blasted that Moke round the field where the show was for ages at an enthusiast day about 7yrs ago, note the jaunty angle of the Haynes staff member in the back, he lost is hat on the first corner... ....the front seat passenger is a mate of my brothers who is clearly enjoying the grass track action.... ....after coming home from the weekend and finding the old photos I really need a Moke in my life, something non VW that I can muck around in, maybe a bit of autotesting who knows, its probably a pipe dream at the moment ;D

Have some serious OOOOF from the OOOF thread: Steve, you've gotta get one! I had one back in 1992 and I can tell you they are an absolute hoot! Hopefully your little run in the rail the other day has fired you up for some al fresco motoring?? Moke = more practical and just as much fun. DO IT!!!!

Scamps are nice, but always appear a little too boxy for me and a bit too kit car if you know what i mean, I just love the shape of the Moke

The wheels on that are the 13s? but they look awesome! Imagine those on a clubman with wide arches..................... (#goes to look for a clubman.......#) I love mokes, i drove one once and authough minis handle like go carts, mokes are like actualy driving a gocart what with it being all open in there, id love to drive a lowered, sorted one on 10's just to see what its like! I think i need a moke........

How much did it go for if thats not a rude question? ;D I think somewhere round the £5250 to £5500 mark it had a new hood , I just preferred to drive it like it is in the pic

my brother in law has an anderson cub , by far the best equivalant to a moke, almost identical in looks , galavanised bodt , disc brakes etc less than half the price,
