I'm losing a large proportion of my storage in a couple of weeks, so a reduction in the size of my fleet is an unfortunate necessity.
This is a 5-door 104 GL with a 954cc engine and 4-speed gearbox. I bought it from Oxfordshire last year and drove it back to Norfolk with no problems at all, and it has been in regular use since then (although less regular in recent months as I don't like taking old French tin out when there's salt on the roads). With 45bhp it's not the fastest thing on the road, but it buzzes along happily enough and the engine is quite willing and happy to rev. It's a fairly basic spec - no rear wiper or headrests - but what is there all works, apart from the heated rear window.
It's in pretty good nick overall for a nearly-30-year-old Pug. The underside is pretty clean and overall it's as solid as a rock. It has had some old-giffer-style paint touch-ups at some point, but these are only really noticeable from close up, and the colour is a good match. The interior is mostly good but the upholstery has suffered a bit from ultraviolet light over the years in the usual places - top of the rear seat backrest and a bit on the driver's seat cushion. Overall though it's still pretty good in there for its age.
The engine seems in good health, and starts easily even in sub-zero temperatures. It hasn't used any oil or water in my ownership. Clutch, gearbox and brakes all work well.
