Didnt realise there was a better following for the k10 on this forum than on msc. I think its time to come over here instead  I do like your car now that its matt, really wasnt keen when it looked glossy. Gotta lol at boso pipes, I did the same on mine apart from a single pipe instead of twins Get a thread up for yours too, and the drifty s13 and wide wheeled Mx5!

I should've found my way to your thread long before now because of your sig but long story short; wow this looks better than I ever thought a K10 could be made to look. Kudos and respect for making such a perfect little car with some quite simple touches.

wow, didnt even realise my own thread had been replied in! Anyway, cheers for the comments everyone But a good update today! COILOVERS FTW!!!! ;D ooo shiney: Stripped down: Drilled: Drilled: Built up: This is far from perfect, but with a day to go, I didnt have time to find someone with a lathe who would be able to machine the top cups down for me: Fitted: ah.... thats better Loving the strech with 165/55's instead of the original 175/50's (half price too! ;D) I think I'm gonna bring the front down a bit more in the morning, unless the springs will settle anymore.

There's definite finger gap in that front arch. REMOVE IMMEDIATELY OR SUDDEN DEATH WILL OCCUR.

bargain, less hastle than you thought Ryan? YEP! all the fronts needed as a bit of drilling. The back were a bit harder. I had to cut the mounts up so they would go wider and then elongate the holes as the shocker body was hitting the axle before the strut could go through the top mount.

Another nice upgrade!
I recon it will come down when the cups are machined.
How is the ride compared to the chopped spring version?

Nice one bruv I bet your glad that i tried out the golf coilies and discovered they were too long, the info that i posted, on msc, about the 6n coilies has obviously been usefull. Personally though i wouldnt be happy to run with that elongated hole for too long. If it were me i would unscrew the insert and reinforce that part. You can get away with two 3mm plates welded to the inside of the mountings, because the hub is 6mm narrower than the shock. Whats the handling like now? Are you using facelift sidelights? One other thing lol, if it were mine i would raise it a nats cock and space the wheels out a nats cock because too me it looks like a nats cock too much overhand where you flared the arch. Overall though i think your car is the titties i cant wait too fix mine.
