Sorry for the delay in getting this online - most people have been informed/invited personally but it was mentioned at the weekend that is might be a good idea to get this 'formalised' so that we can co-ordinate things a little better. Initially I was expecting the stand to be a handful of cars but there seems to be more of you stalking the unit that I expected! We will be taking a lot of stuff over from the unit (most of you have a good idea of what I am on about  ) so might need some extra hands on Thursday night/Friday morning. If anyone has things like gazebo's, cooking facilities etc...please let me know. Chairs are also good although we should have a few comfy ones to bring along. GENERATOR...if anyone has one that we can use, it will be great....I am planning on bringing the two A52 fridges along to chill the beers and keep the food fresh. There will also be a proper kettle for the all important morning cuppa's. Without a genny, this won't be possible. More details to come over the next week or so, but for now, onto the list! Hope to get there. Looks like we cant get enough cars for a DOC stand so I will try and be on yours if thats ok.
I'll bring a few chairs and a camping gas stove. I think I may be able to borrow a portable gas BBQ with hot plates as well. As for the car I hope to be in the DAF provided ive sourced parts in time otherwise Triumph will be there. I also hope to borrow the cuttaway variomatic demonstrator from the club for the gathering.
Cant wait.

I've got a few camping chairs that are always in the camper, plus a couple of tables as well and I have the 3m gazebo and can possibly get a 5m domed shelter as well if theres space.

i do have a 3x6m 'gazebo' i'm bringing, but that's for the camping site,right? I do have a 2kw genny, but since i'm in Europe, the connector is different  |

Can bring projector for the Gathering cinema, but someone will need to bring a laptop!
Markbognor is not attending til Sunday, and therefore cannot bring the usual cinema kit with him!

I can confirm the Polo and I shall be in attendance A few mates should be coming along too, Tozers MK1 golf if we can get it running, Mark's MK2 Golf GTI, Jamie's V8 SIIa and Richs Beetle. If theres space can they get on the stand too? No worries if not |
