Good work on the MX5 their it looks sublime. Great photos I'm not that keen on them stock but that is making me want one. Good work! Will this be at the gathering?

Looking good Bruce, It seems everyone was very busy while I was sat in my garage getting down to 50`s hits grinding in valves..
I recon you guys def had best fun lol.. Your pics are sweet as well. No doubt Ill ketch ya on sat & se whats everyones up to.

I'd said to Ian that I wanted to do the A38. Used to do Taunton > Bristol regularly when I got bored of the M5commuting home from college at wekends, but last night I was pretty tired and wanted to be nearly home before I started playing. I'll probably be going down again after the Gathering for a better play off road, more photos....and of course, the drive home ;D Hmm, something to do friday night if everyone isnt drunk?  |

It was great to have you down here Bruce, and glad to help out. An enjoyable evening, glad the journey home was enjoyable, return visit isn't optional, it's a must! I think a very late night (AKA early morning) run out into the countryside could be a winner. Sure we'll be tired the next morning, but not drinking means no hangovers. Great idea  Some more shots from my little adventure. Miss BiAS passed her test recently YAY ;D She wanted a Cinquecento Sporting for her first car, so Ian found her this really tidy one:  She takes me out for a spin in the little red pocket rocket while collecting some provisions.  I get to drive it home too....first time I've driven a Cinq Sporting since selling mine about four years ago. They are so much fun! Thanks for taking me out in it and letting me have a drive. Here are a few of the shots of Ian taking me out in the Shitara - they are pretty blurry I'm afraid, but I challenge anyone to get good shots when you're literally being thrown around the Devon countryside in the pitch black! I think my head hit the roof about nine times. There is a lot of headroom!      The pics don't give any indication as to how bumpy/rutted/steep the tracks were but anyone who does any off-roading/laning will know where I'm coming from. |

Oh......and JoeTheFish and I fitted the roll cage yesterday although it'll need to come back out for a few tweaks! It's taking shape pretty quick. Might do some more to it next week once I get some serious time in on 'Project X' seeing as that is the priority I won't look much different apart from a few minor tweaks. The big change will have to wait until after the Gathering. |

Great pics Bruce, The blurry-ness adds the to effect that Ian is going at about warp speed 9 through there ;D
Congrats on passing your test mrs Bias! Driving is so much bloody fun!
But Ive just had a thought about the early saturday morning drive, will they let us off the camp site at that time?

No no no young Ryan....I'm talking about a run-out from Area 52. If you tried to do this from the Gathering, not only will you fall foul of the 10pm car curfew but will possibly end up with way too many cars wanting to join in.
I might run one this coming weekend (i.e. this Friday night) - Hardcore will be down and ColonelK might be too.....could be a laugh.

HAHA, I thought the same, and I really want to go now! Though good thinking about not doing it at the gathering, too many cars will kind of loose the whole alone kind of thing o dash it, ill come, give you a hand with project x too! ;D Balls, I did say I would come, but after looking at my ever decreasing bank balance, I cant afford to come this weekend and then the gathering next weekend, so I'm gonna have to say I cant make it  |
