That's so cool, saw it in CCW I think and it was mega reasonably priced! Well done, groovy and different.
Now, get a roof rack, stick some crappy luggage on it and an old bicycle then paint the bonnet matt black........

I think its lovely but id be more inclined to do reversable mods If you are going to Matt Black the bonnet find another bonnet and store the original ;D You may later want to put it back to OEM and youll never match the paint again  You could Fit a Roof Rack,lower it and even fit a spare Matt Black Bonnet all reversable ;D Ive seen some really rotten K70,s but yours is a really nice it would be a shame to spoil it |

Imagine the anguish here in the CCW office when that one came in! Glad it's been snapped up by an RRer. My opinion is to keep it standard, but it's your car! Rare and lovely.
EDIT - whoops, it was the latest PC that had the ad in. Still caused us to all rush for our wallets (before realising that they're empty...)

DON'T PANIC!! The car is in good hands and there will be no colour changes, fake patina, engine mod's etc... I do have plans for next years show season and will reveal all at the Volksworld show. It wont be staying at standard ride height and period wheels are a must,but everything else is in the detail! I am itching to get this one MOTed and played with. The plan is get it to the Cornwall Jamboree next month along with the notch. Maybe I will see some of you there at the Evil Bens stand. |
