After a long couple of months without a show, we finally got back to normal today. Lily is now two weeks old and Kim was feeling up for a drive out so we bundled the family in the Camper and headed down the A4 to the Classic & Sportscar show in Thatcham. There was a good couple of hundreds classics on display, its such a relaxed event they just wave you onto the field and let you find a space, so we parked up near the back and wandered. My Canon has been bolted to my new 50mm lens for a while now and things got a bit confusing swapping over so apologies for some wibblepoo photos The organiser sold his Porsche 912 and bought this.... ...to tow this.... Suntor campers out again this year Evil looking V8 Minor Bit of an oddball, I had to look twice before taking a closer look. Can you name that car? On the rear of a Blue Oval car.... ....I told the owner i thought Fords were curse word as well ;D Actually Kim would have had the Capri for the ride home if she was well enough to drive! And I thought VW owners weighed their cars down with tat! Bit of muscle I let Kim have a sit down and continued to plough on round with the pram ;D

Shiney, very shiney Elegant This Light 15 was well used Probably car of the show for me, a mint as a Polo Ferrari 512BB, looked great in a something that wasn't red Just as I was making a final pass of the site this clean SZ rolled in By now we'd had some lunch and Lily was almost ready for hers so we packed up and headed home. I think she enjoyed her first car show The rest of the poor snaps are here

Was at the same show.... My favourite Ferrari Apart from this one Cleanest Mk1 GT I've seen for years ERA Clean type 4 Twin cam MGA Very nice This was incredibly clean And under the bonnet.... These two stood out for me Might get there next year in the Splitty Crew Cab - would have been there in the G Wagen, but it's still in for a bit of paint.

Technically according to its owner its a Ramstein Grinnall V8, kinda reminded me of a Lister XJS or baby Storm. Something a bit different Owner might be a little deluded then, cos Triumph Sports club (and others) have it as a Grinnall ramstein TR7V8 which technically means autofive was right... I agree it is different

To get a standard A40 this low, you'd have to dig a hole to put it in
