looks like the sort of thing Mitsuoka would build in Japan, but it isn't one of theirs :/

I like it. Not the crashed-ness of it, obviously, but the kit looks cool.

I actually like that kit with the corner bumpers, only seen them bumperless before and they look a bit whale shark-ish.

Really like that, got a sort of Karmann Ghia-ish type front.

The position of the headlight in relationship with the bumper looks wrong. It's higher and further back on the yellow one

the bumpers aren't standard on the Pitcrew bodykit so are added after by the owner i believe, hence look different. the angle of the photo on the yellow car make it look different but a side shot would show the slope down to the front i reckon.

I don't think it is a pitcrew kit because it seems to have fixed the one thing that bothered me about them. The stock hood with headlight cutouts looks wrong on the pitcrew and the yellow car seems to have a custom hood as well.

You're right, it's a whole front end makeover, rather than wings and nose cone

The pitcrew thing is gopping. The crashed yellow one is trying oh so hard to look like a Lotus Elite.

£395 with 1 bid at the moment. Nick the bonnet off of an old Spitfire..... a weekend with the welding set out and various hammers of differing shapes and sizes..... and you've got your own custom built, unique MX5, for very little money. Someone needs to photochop it but the rights to the design remain with me! ;D
