Ooh, I really like that. Don't suppose they do an estate do they?? Not of this generation. The A32 generation (which was and FWD V6 sold over here as the Maxima OX and IMO is a much more boring car) had an estate option though. The closest estate car to this car is the Nissan Stagea often referred to as the Skyline Wagon.

That reminds me of the car a few friends and I used to travel round New Zealand about 5 years ago:

That would be an A32 Cefiro saloon by the looks of it.
I'm not a fan of the A32 personally, due to the whole FWD thing. But at least it has a V6 so I'm sure it was still fun.

It was fun, it was the only manual we could get hold of. And the only car I've ever been caught speeding in!

I had a quick google after I asked the question - agree with you re the Maxima estate - but the Stagea might just have joined the want list esp. in 4wd form

There's a fair few Stageas floating around in the UK, usually in 2.5 turbo form. The RS-four is the one to get IMO. Or just import one yourself Edit: Actually there's a rare Autech version. I think it's called the 260RS. Has the RB26DETT engine from the Skyline GTR.

Well, while I doubt that filter adds any BHP like they claim (never expected it to) it has improved spool up from a standing start or low revs. Great for pulling out of junctions and for overtaking 40-in-a-60 morons.
It's also raised the peek boost to close to 0.9 bar, the safe limit for this turbo.
Adds to the grin factor a little bit, which is always nice.
Next up, Blitz SSBC boost controller to get it to stay at 0.9 bar for longer. Just need to figure out how to fit the damn thing as there's no manual.

Very interesting car, a lot cooler than a skyline IMO.
