Obviously not the DAT one then. Where abouts in Scotland are you at?

As said i said, very very cool, and a amazing transformation. A small black chinspoiler would suit it.

Obviously not the DAT one then. Where abouts in Scotland are you at? What is the DAT one? I'm in East Ayrshire I bought it from a Hungarian tattoo artist in Belfast, who bought it in England from a guy who only owned it a few weeks and he bought it from a guy in Glasgow who had it a few years and did some work on it. Before that it was in Aberdeen for many many years owned by a guy Andy (who now has another one and has moved to Norway and took it with him) He got it in London from a night club bouncer and that’s as far back is I have found out!

Lovely work, I saw the orange and thought 'Oh no, not a Dukes of Hazard fake!', but was pleasantly surprised. Looks excellent.

The guy in Glasgow must have been the onewho put it on the (long since abandoned due to slack moderating) DAT-international.com.
Looked tasty last time i seen his thread on it, looks much better now though. The R/T striping goes along way to distancing from the usual crop of Hazzard replicas. Painting looks like a high standard too, is that something you did yourself, or got help with?

Yea maybe when the guy in Glasgow had it as he had it on a couple of forums, I managed to find a thread of what all he had done and to be honest I ended up cutting out everything he had done and redid it myself (I think it was his first classic restoration and was a bit inexperienced with a welder when he started and was learning as he went, we all have to start somewhere I suppose) Yea my mate is a painter and helped me with the prep and paint, he is really good at what he dose just a bit slow, but better that than rushing it and it turning out bad!
