When I was about 9 years old I had a Peugeot BMX bike, but sadly it was stolen along with my C100 super cub when I was about 17 (had planned to restore them both) I seem to remember it had yellow plastic covers on the top tube, handlebars, and head tube with 'peugeot' in black (and black check pattern) cant remember, but I think it had gold wheels, and red hand grips. I would love any information about these, and pictures would be rewarded with non virtual beer, I really want info that much ;D

Not quite the same, but looking at a Raleigh Burner that a local cycle shop has for sale. minty condition, but is £100 too much? Mk1 ? Mk2? What sorta one? what colours? Mk1 has a gusset between the top and bottom tubes and normal round tubing. The mk2 has ovalised tubing and no gusset. £100 is cheap realy if its mint. Survivor stuff tends to go for quite good money.

Its a blue frame, blue saddle, yellow 5 spoke wheels, yellow plastic pads on the top tube and handlebars, and a strengthener bit between the top and bottom tubes (is that the gusset?)

Yeah thats a mk1. (the gusset is the bit between the top and bottom tubes ) yellow 5 spokes might be skyways. If its £100 with skyways get it!!! The wheels would be worth more alone. If they are actually 7 spoke they are simplex mags./ The original it would have come with, If they are 5 spoke but realy skinny spokes. It might be somthing like acorn or bernardi wheels which are worth jolly pain in the backside all. Sounds good for the money tho mk1 with 5 spokes: mk1 with simplex magsmk2 mag (ive got a restored one in the loft ;D )

Asked about this today and it really IS £100 with the simplex wheels, heres the catch though - you can only buy it for £100 if you buy one of their top of the range bikes (Starts at a Giant trance for £1299 ) seems a few have asked about the Burner, and a couple of those have kicked off.

lol. Seems like a bit of a cock then.. Why would anyone go in asking about a burner only to have to spend £1300 to buy it? Cut out the middle man. Go to ebay and spend £200
