Looking at that front arch gap, has the engine been pulled?
If the shell is good you can bust it and make good money if you have space and time. Otherwise, give it a polish and put it on the owners clubs for 3 grand and see where it goes

Bad crack hearing you had to sell, love an E30, especially one used properly. I'm guessing the new car isnt a CSL as it hasnt got the strut brace but has the carbon air box? Stick around, theres a couple E46's on here

You know thats an asbestos cement roof you've been sanding? The roof on my garden shed is also asbestos. As long as you don't sniff it,or inhale like mad,it's not gonna make u sick or kill you. I think we inhale a lot of more dangerous stuff when we walk around in a city at rush hour. Well thats not true though is it and its lax attitudes like that which is why thousands are still dying every year

They've got it running this afternoon, shaft was seized for whatever reason and the governor weights stuck. Pump off tomorrow, strip down and rebuild.
This will be the third rebuild in 18 months having covered less than 200 miles

Are the tyre profiles the same? Fronts could have a softer sidewall so they're bagged out giving a lower profile on the front too

Is the rear coming down in future?

Nobody wants to buy a car without an MOT and they will always use this as a bargaining point. If you are serious about selling it then stump up the 30 quid for an MOT.

The 4th and final Norwood creation I'm going to talk about, from 2002, is the 'Max4', a 4cyl twin turbo drag car said to be capable of 4000bhp, though I'm not sure if it ever worked properly to be honest...! Bob Norwood likes to do different things, which is why it's interesting. And a 4.7ltr, billet block, billet head, 4cyl 16v, twin turbo, running on nitromethane, and nitrous, in an Integra funny car body, is about as different as you can get. So different though, I don't actually think it ever worked well or for long enough for anyone to remember? But the idea is awesome anyhow! The block is essentially like half a Top Fuel dragster V8 block, super strong and totally solid with no water ways at all. The head was again a custom piece using 3x spark plugs per cyl, yes, a 4cyl with 12 plugs! The fuelling was a mix of the typical TopFuel constant flow mechanical injection for the Nitromethane, 2 injectors per cylinder, plus 4 Motec controlled EFI injectors on the inlet manifold to try and get the AFRs more accurate than pure mechanical ever could. It also had 4 more injectors controlled by a separate Motec ECU that ran it on a 80/20 mix of Ethanol and VP race fuel at all times until the launch. Speaking of the launch, that's when it used the direct port nitrous to spool up the turbos. It all sounds like a great idea, but as said, from what I can gather it was a disaster and never worked out. I've no details on exactly why it didn't work, but Nitromethane is some insane stuff, so I feel like lots of melted engines before even seeing close to the cars potential was maybe part of it...
