Try to keep the location to yourself, just incase if looters or vandals find the place! naturally! Wouldnt give any vandalizing/theiving scum any help. I will have to find it myself first though! Went around churchdown today, got distracted chatting to a bloke with a B reg Granada estate (forgot to snap a pic!) Which to be fair is more my thang anyway than old jags! Then business came calling And i went home. Tomorrow take two! :-P Well it looks like after all the place is abandoned and it's still owned as the guys son is starting to sell off the vehicles! i spoke to him last night and it's going to be fun for anyone who buys, fighting to pull them vehicles out ford capri is first up www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Capri-2-0-Laser-Mk3-Pinto-Type-9-Restoration-Project-Barn-Find-/232348697734?hash=item36190fc486:g:M5QAAOSwlndZJrEu

Them jag e types are based in the west midlands, i'm not going to give the location of the house due to the safety of whats there, but there is a hell of a lot more vehicles where them e types are and i managed to spot a capri mk3, a couple what looked to be mk2 jags a rover p4 a thames van and the list goes on as there is that much there. Funny thing is, this house is meant to of been abandoned for years, but then a couple years ago, the pair pf jag e types popped up on ebay for sale... so i can't say for certain if the person is still alive, but when i last went it seemed like know one had been there for 20+ as it was all over grown That ebay listing was probably where I've seen these cars before then. I had the privilege of going to one such location when I was a kid, an elderly farmer who'd spent his life hoarding interesting cars with a farm full of derelict tractors & machinery that had just been left to rot wherever it had broken down. I myself love going to such places, but i find that as soon as the vandals find out it's game over as cars get destroyed :/ There is a farm local to me (Worcestershire farm house car hoarder) look it up some great pictures... there was about 40-50 cars originally years ago until loads was being pinched and when i went up 3 years back there was about 24 left and as time past, the cars was getting smashed ect by what i can only assume it's kids and now the cars have all been cleared. The etypes was on ebay for about £20000 if i can remember correctly. The house where they are located has so many vehicles buried in bushes ect and there is even a boat! the house is locked but you can see through the window, it is absolutely filled to the brim!

I can't work out where he's based, but he does have photos of Chernobyl in his albums. Looking through his Flickr favourites, I did find this photo of a Jaguar E-type by another photographer, who in my opinion has some even better abandoned places photo's. (And I think they may be U.K. based?) Help by andre govia., on Flickr Yes this guy has a huge body of work, I've stumbled across him before. Certainly a great deal of it looks to be UK based, I note one of his sites is a Welsh Chapel that's sliding into dereliction. I think I've seen these Jags before but from a different angle, what a shame to see them so far gone! A couple of other car shots from André Govia; quiot riot by andre govia., on Flickr Bleaklands by andre govia., on Flickr Them jag e types are based in the west midlands, i'm not going to give the location of the house due to the safety of whats there, but there is a hell of a lot more vehicles where them e types are and i managed to spot a capri mk3, a couple what looked to be mk2 jags a rover p4 a thames van and the list goes on as there is that much there. don't everyone laugh all at once... but it's a standard engine! i didn't know modification parts for these engines even existed anymore?? are these 4-2-1 made from a chalk board and a poke around or are they some sort of blydenstein attraction?
my original thought was to have the original manifold so it would be 4 into 2 and thats it, so 2 cylinders receive a tube each if you under stand what i mean? someone done this with a pinto and i tell you what.... i love the sound! it's got that v8 ish sound link here
I wouldn't mind more power though! it's a VX490 2.3 in a viva gt, but when i took it for a spin, it fealt a bit similar in power to what my 2.0 pinto powered capri fealt like in performance. i know i have a 4 speed with over drive which i believe is the getrag?

Hi
Well I'll get started with... I have a 2.3 slant 4 engine in my car and it's been playing my mind for a while now about a dual exhAust... now it already has a single pipe to a Y piece, but i'm on about 2 separate pipes altogether? The factory down pipe is twin pipes into 1, but what would be the likelyNess of power loss If I was to do two pipes straight off the Down pipes straight out the back? The size of the tubes on the down pipes is 2", so would I want to stick at 2" or go to bigger like 2.5"?
Cheers

Hello location : Redditch Worcestershire wheels was on a vauxhall viva but i think they used wobble nuts? not really a know it all about wheels, but i have 2 deep dish cobra slot mags that i'm looking to swap for 2 wolfrace slot mags but wheels that are much slender than the cobra wheels i have. in the pictures below, you will see the 2 cobra wheels that i'm looking to swap and you will see a wheel (non branded) but in the wolfrace style and that is the type of width of wheels i'm looking for. sorry for the poor description, but hopefully it makes sense... thanks

A friend of mine who lives in Portugal brings cars and bikes back presently but he is trying to start a find a part business with my help and the support of his father who i work for at a car breakers in Somerset. He has the opportunity to bring parts from old fords, toyotas, vauxhall/opel etc I am wondering if there is any interest for what will likely be any part but solid & rot free panels will be one option. We already have a network setup and runs are already on a monthly basis, if there is enough interest we could likely tie it in with the current business and offer payment options including paypal, cash and credit cards and delivery by Parcelforce, Royal Mail and by Pallet for larger items. Please let me know here if there will be any interest whatsoever and what sort of vehicles you need parts for. I thought it best to post here as it will be parts supplied from Elsewhere. Thanks, Jamie I work in Internet and Salvage Sales for Lowmoor Car Breakers currently, i am based in Exeter also. I'm on the look for viva hb panels and interior parts If they come up
