They do look great, I hope the new adventure pans out whatever it maybe, btw I did like that 928! I have just had my best school friend move to Canada, kind of feel jeleous that I've not done anything adventurous, or risky tbh. I didn't really want to sell it, it was a lovely car and by far the best exterior colour & interior trim for a 928 IMHO. It just looked so right! But needs must and I currently need to raise all the cash I can for this move so some things have had to go. I took a long hard look at the line-up and decided the 911, 912, Land Rover and W109 are the cars that mean the most to me so I've sold the rest. My move isn't anything as adventurous as your friend going to Canada, I'd love to...it's my favourite place, but I'm just relocating to Wales. It's a lovely place though and I'm sure there will be some kind of thread around it because it's going to be a huge project in its own right. IF it all comes together, which I'm doing everything in my power to make sure it does. 928. This makes me realise how little I've been on RR for a while, I bought this over a year ago and sold it a few weeks ago now. Had an immense amount of fun using it as a daily all last summer.

I had to deliver a large order to a client an hour or so drive away and I could so easily have taken the super comfortable daily with its air conditioning, leather seats, great wafty suspension, all the luxury I could ask for and that does 55mpg. Especially as it's always at the front of the drive ready to go. But seeing as I have business insurance on all my cars, why the hell would I consider taking the obvious choice?

I'm liking the changes. It feels fresh and logical, dare I say inspired. And I think the idea of 'Dream, Build, Drive' has great potential above and beyond the forum itself (and not just t-shirts too) Good work Mr HTW.

Apologies that I've not updated this, or any other of my threads, of late....I've been up to my eyes with work to the point where I've pretty much cut out all the photography and film work to focus my time almost exclusively on the laser stuff. What started out as a hobby in my spare time has transformed into a full scale business in the last 8 months including the purchase of a brand new machine in October and a complete re-jig of my workshop space. It's taken off so much that I'm currently working 14-17hr days pretty much 7 days a week and soon will be bringing in someone else full time to take over some aspects of the workload. I think it's safe to say I've worked harder than at any time of my life, it's been all consuming but the hard graft is paying off. I've got clients all over the globe with about 75-80% of what I do going abroad, most if it to the States, but other countries with regular clients include (but not exclusive to) Japan, France, Sweden, Germany, Australia and Canada etc... I'm really proud to have built up a portfolio of over 200 regular clients, most in the past 6 months, including such names as Morgan Motor Company, Forge Motorsport, Magnus Walker/Urban Outlaw, Twisted Automotive, Wheel Whores, Ebay, Aero Racing, Bespoke Cars, Like Hell Design, Pop Bang Colour, The Bicycle Academy, The London Motor Film Festival, 420 Skatestore, Kill City (Dainton from Dirty Sanchez), Corolla Brotherhood, Datsun Garage and many more including numerous car clubs, car dealerships and various organisations around the world and this is growing all the time. There are many interesting projects on the horizon too....and I am currently in talks with some big names which could open up some truly exciting opportunities soon. Not through any conscious choice or decision, I seem to have become a specialist in custom and bespoke leather keyrings. I make approximately 2,000 to 3,000 keyrings a month (some months more) and this has got to the point where I tend to avoid taking on other work outside of keyrings simply because I don't have the time. And as said, all this from what was a hobby! I've got a little Instagram page where you can see a small snapshot of what I do, but even this is months out of date because I've been way too busy to keep it updated. This is only a small example of the work I've been doing, even during the time I was posting regularly, I was only showing about 25-30% of what I was actually making. www.instagram.com/bruceholderdesign/More than ever I have a real motivation to get up in the morning, I love my job, I love what I do and I love making all these things. Well over 30,000 keyrings made to date and I still get a buzz out of making and hand finishing each and every single one of them. I'll try and post some example photos up in a bit so you can see the sort of thing I do and why I've not really been on here much at all for a good while now. ...and I've still got my inflatable shark, my random mascot.

Is there really any need to quote and poo poo everyone's opinions? Why not just give your own 😖 Is there really any need to quote my whole post, photos included? In answer to your question, I gave my opinion as an attempt to show a positive outcome against a lot of what I felt where fairly dismissive, some bordering on negative, comments. I quoted them to drive home the point that the majority opinion doesn't mean it has to be the accepted or right one. Apologies if this approach offends you.

More value for the classic car community by destroying the log book and scrapping the rest, before someone buys it as a ringing kit and uses it to re register someone else's pride and joy they just nicked... I would not say there is . And to be honest , your just going to be selling the logbook as not many people will be interested in a complety burnt out GT6 . Its illegal and encourages theft of classic / retro cars . I have seen burnt out fords on ebay for a fair bit but i presume thats for the paperwork as well . You should surrender the logbook to the dvla and scrap the car It morally should be the end of the road for that, let it rest in peace. I just think as said that's a clone waiting to happen Anyone buying or interested would be merely buying it for the id and v5 only Better option is to salvage small piece and frame it with the v5 and anything else related and hang it on your garage wall as momento Do the right thing chap Unless you are willing to throw a ton of time and money to make something like this best off scrapping It Because, of course, there is no coming back for a burnt out car if you listed to these guys..... I, however, beg to differ...and before anyone jumps on the whole, "but Porsches are worth a lot of money" bandwagon, just remember that this was a scrap shell bought for $300CAD (£150) because literally no one else wanted it. Of course, if you listened to the guys above and other like it, this would never exist. Thankfully, not everyone listens to the 'experts' and I'll be forever grateful to Scott for that.

I found these in the garage the other day, I'd forgotten I had them! A pair of genuine Mk3 XR3i front spoilers in great condition. There are some minor scuffs underneath but they cannot be seen once fitted to the car. All mounting points appear to be present and intact. No splits, cracks or significant damage. These are getting harder to find nowadays. £50 collected from Bristol or add £10 if you'd like them posted? Happy to arrange deliver through pony express....
