Not without extra work - the bonnet and wings (and the scuttle panel) are different too. Possibly the inner front panel, which supports the lights. And the lights aren't just any old 7" sealed beams - no, Volvo had to be different.

Indeedy. Scuttle panel is the only non nut and bolt job, and I've chosen to just live with the difference..

You'd need Wings, lights (including indicators and DRLS, they're a different shape and fit differently), light surrounds, grille, bonnet, all the front scuttle panels, which are spot welded together as a single piece on late cars and in meccano form on earlier ones and bumpers. There may be some bits I've forgotten but it's all a straightforward swap. I've ignored the trim bits in that list as I ignored them in real life as well

I have a funny feeling though, that you meant the little vents on the rear quarters of that Torslanda? No idea about those.. though I do know that it's actually a very late car, not an early car at all, if that helps.

I've had lowering kits and chopped springs, none of them handled as good as I would have liked so if you want real low, get busy with the coilover kit

GAZ shocks do a coil over kit at £850 bills, bit over budget for me, have ordered my springs at minus 3" all round!! then its going on 16" banded rims, I'm hoping this looks right, i know its not as low as some, but like i say, its gotta be a good daily lugg too!

They are standard on all estates - the saloon cars have the air outlets under the rear window instead.

No, there is no vent on the left side. Once again, factory stock, just as we fly agaric eating vikings intended it to be. ;D
