Got an orange and a warning triangle in the boot of the latest 2300 and a dustpan and brush which has been pressed into service at work. Had over a pound in small change out of the boot and I know there's more cash inside under the seats The orange wasn't nice.

I feel cheated, most interesting thing I've found in my car is a cassette of a girl guides choir and a packet of NHS issue hearing aid batteries

got a car on ebay some years ago when there was no cash for scrap cars for £10 ( yep just £10 lol ) it was not far away so went to pick it up from this guy that was given it for free after a mate had past away.
anyway when I got it home I was cleaning it out and found the mot that still had 3 months left on it. sold the car for £400 a week latter.
also had my xr2 stolen and we found it just one road up with a new tool kit sat on the drivers seat.
found lots off cash in scrap cars over the years

Bought a Carlton estate to fix up while I was between jobs one time a few years ago.
Paid £75 for it and trailered it home.
Immediately set about rummaging and found £25, a smorgasbord of tools, some electrical items like phone chargers and the like and a fairly good quality battery charger which I still use.
I figure I broke even on the car even before I started working on it.
