Thanks for the comments Mate. Though it ain't quite as nice in the flesh . Needs a few bits & pieces doing...... Probably get them spoilers from a few of the places in the back of the mags that do fibreglass panels & stuff. Mines fiberglass but picked it up at a show [Ford Fair I think] a few years back. £30 or so. & just had to make some brackets up for it. Is it yours I remember from a Retro's feature with the handful of J cars??

Is it yours I remember from a Retro's feature with the handful of J cars?? I'll have to chase one of those up. The spoiler on my 510 cost £70 from the States and the quality is wibblepoo. I bashed it up really bad on a trackday and had to glass it all back together again Yeah, it was my 510 in the feature in REtro. I don't think there is another modified 510 in the UK!

Thanks for the comments Mate. Though it ain't quite as nice in the flesh . Needs a few bits & pieces doing...... It's alright, most old cars need a bit of work. Mine look about as bad as that blue mk1 Escy in those pictures at the bottom of your post! (My racer's in the little picture at the side of this post, see what I mean? No two panels are the same colour and none are in good condition! That's why I'm reshelling it!);D ;D ;D

I should admit here to an incurable Citroen addiction ;D
However, the 2.0 injection engine in the XM (acquired for £0 and worth every penny!) is closely related to the 205GTi 1.9 motor, so you can probably guess where that will lead...
The Dyane was restored last year and has a built motor that would have been race-spec a few years back; 40 brake may not sound much but it's a 12% power hike in a car weighing less than 600kg and takes it to 95mph.
How do you post photos on here??

Ratters, it's the same with my 510. Looks ace in pics but close up you can see all the bits of rust starting to come through Still, not for much longer as it's due a makeover this winter ;D

Best make that a Family pack of Quavers though. I've never seen anyone eat so many crisps as "Jabbo"! You know one day you'll be a "bat fastard" too. (I'll put YOU on six months in-the-office-only and see how lardy you get!

I'll raise you and include a Panini Football '80 sticker album.
Hytesta (on this forum) was after a TIII, although he's more a square/notch fan. He's selling his G40 Polo in the for sale section to fund a splitty, but you never know!
