Well why change a habit of a lifetime, progress has been a slow - again...
But some process has been made, since the previous post we have managed to,
Completely redo the injection set up, now have the new fuel pump fitted in the battery box behind the drivers seat and the battery is now relocated to the boot. The fuel lines are now better routed and we have boxed them in under the car to keep Mr mot man happy.uh
Exhaust is now modified, heat wrapped and fitted - as for the sound I have a little vid -
In real life it is quite a lot quieter than before, but still loud enough to distort the speaker on my phone, plenty of 'popping' on over run, but again should be OK for mot now?!
(Oh and my dads in the car as he was holding the earth in place for the pump as it wasn't quite wired up fully!)
Next up is pan hard rod, fully underseal underneath and makes sure everything is torqued up then drop her down and final reassembly!!
Only annoying point is some cracks on the rear quarter in the paint, suppose it was a given with the amount of bodywork that's gone on and its just settled/shrunk over time but a nice localised repair at least.
Complete lack of photo updates but will make up for it on next update....

Sorry CaptainSlog my update is far later than planned, mainly due to a house move but rest assured its still in motion and i'm hoping for an MOT in 4 weeks. Quite a few changes have taken place, exhaust had to be changed as when I moved house a little 'road test' revealed very poor ground clearance and how anti-social the exhuast would be - really didn't fancy upsetting the new neighbours? Anyway here's a few pic's one of me and the old man in my grandparents garage where this whole car has been built and painted, unfortunately she passed away so new home was needed and it now resides in my garage and fortunately its a decent size pre-fab garage with a pit certainly beats the old single garage and made fitting the exhaust far easier... Massive update to come with much better pics, engine bay, interior and full spec of the build so far...

Absolutely beautiful, perfection right there. I do keep looking at the arch kits now, the rivet on ones I have are tired, and the fact I need more wheel well due to towing.
