Tried to sell it last year, only got interest after i'd decided to keep it
Now I have already brought it's replacement so is up til she sells
So she's a 1990 Sierra 1.8 GLX-TD. 1753cc Turbo Diesel. Milage on the clocks shows 12,500, but I don't know if that's 100,000/200,000/300,000 etc! But when cars get this old what's that matter right?
MOT'd til Jan 12. Been in storage last 5 months, Once a month i've been down, started it up, run it around the carpark and put it away. Had a silica pack inside to keep moisture out which has worked well!
What i've done to it in the time i've had it
Cambelt at 94,000 miles (with pump belt)
In the time i've had it new discs and pads up front (260 upgrade)
Rear had new shoes and cyls!
Full set of standard springs (new) and front dampers (also new)
Full set of Yoko A-drive tyres last summer, they set me back about £170
Winter before last the battery died, so I spent £90 quid on the biggest baddest battery they had! I mean this is one bad ass battery! I can leave the alarm on for 3 weeks and it wont even slow the starter motor down!
Both the outer front seat mounts were re-built and welded as they're common for rotting, I also had the floor checked and a couple of points where there was rust starting, cleared out and metal welded in! Nice n solid!

exhaust is a full custom ashley, STRAIGHT THOUGH BAD ASS SOUNDS LIKE A V8 SON' BIATCH! Well not really but it's alright, comes with a backbox that is a straight fit to make it quieter!
Alarm system is a Viper jobbie, with shock sensors and connected to the central locking and remote start and turbo timer (remote start is out of order, the part needed to fix this is £32.50 and 15 min to fix) The alarm was about £400, comes with certificates to show it was fitted legit (not thacham however)
Rear shelf has late model upgraded speakers
Universal airfilter fitted.
There is no stereo, HOWEVER, I am open to talks regarding a very nice (£300 back in it's day) Sony MP3 CD head unit.
All electrics work honky dory!
Body wise, she's not the best! Rust starting on rear arches as they all do, Passenger front wing was bashed when I got the car, and still is! Pretty much as per pics!
Insurance for me on this was a shade over £200 a year with Peter Best! MPG has never dropped below 40 for me, Up as high as 55+! Slow, but worth it as a daily smoker!
Towbar was also brand new fitted about 2 years ago
Stainless parts not included, althoush strut tops will stay as I have non to replace em with
