This is genuinely beautiful but change the wheels! ;D
I like the wheels on a Porsche but they don't work on this at all. I'm not sure about the steering wheel either, but it is absolutely lovely otherwise. A fabulous creation.

yeah, that works for me. I'd see the car in the flesh before demanding the change of wheels, sometimes these things work better IRL than in a photo...

Seen that a while ago and seem to remember that its not just a porsche engine in a Karmann job. Lots of engineering work to get engine, gearbox and suspension in that Karmann, all nicely tied in by that cage. True! It's more than meets the eye I seem to remember custom made rear trailing arms etc. to make it work - to make it work perfect. I think it's one of the cars that got me realy intressted in 'modified retros' Wheels or not - I love it!

That is spot on. I take it that 190 top end.is theoretical rather than what it has been clocked at?
