1996 Mercedes C280 sport....New shoes !

Sl went to a workmate !! ... and plans for the 280??
well first things first get it breathing a bit better , got an amg exhaust off the brabus here somewhere , obviously induction too!

I need a diff of somesort , really enjoyed the welded diff on the 320 , however an lsd of some sort would be a treat !!, i do have a spare 280 diff so who knows , Ive also been thinking about maybe an asd diff!

Goodridge hoses will be going on soon , as these are easily the best mod Ive done to the 220, There will be a brake upgrade of some sort but no brembos this time , I really don't want to limit myself to 17s all the time , plus i have 16 inch steels here for winters , and for trackdays maybe where i can pop some wheeltrims on ;D

the interior will be staying this time with the addition of some harnesses , still undecided on leather buckets , and the wife did buy me a special momo for christmas so that will be on soon , also have my hyd handbrake here that didnt make it into the drifter so I'd better make use of that

Currently looking for springs as it will be silly low for a change , plus its going to be as clean as poss , but still factory looking-ish (if that makes any sense )

Real keen to make it look better drive better ,see some track/drift action , and waiting for you to get this turbo on so i can have a nose !

Trying to get hold of some us spec indicators for the front and maybe a number plate blank but nothing major outside ..no bonnet pins , no bodykit , even tho i have a c36 kit here , I'm a big fan of how early c class looks with the black lower half , so it will all be staying as will the black plastic trims , prob just gloss the lot though!

Sounds good dude, I am looking for an LSD also so if you find anything let me or brother Hurn know!!

As for turbo I'm hoping once the new flywheel arrives it 'll all happen quickly, I have most things now so it's just going to need a few days and a few hours mapping and it'll be good to go..... Then it'll be "how long the box will last"

The brembo's are the best mod I ve done on my merc along with good ridge hoses.. It really has transformed the cars breaking.... What they provide over the std brakes is worth the 17"
