ive had this car about 4 months now an feel i need a change back to a rwd car of some sort so this has to either sell or swap
the bad bits its started to rust about the windscreen a patch about 30cm long, while the car idles it smokes a little doesnt do it on start up mainly does it while in traffic an doesnt affect the emmissions as it passed them on the mot with no issues just an advisor on the smoke, small patch of rust starting on the bottom on the rear quater front bumper not in best shape needs a gernral bit of tlc on the bodywork side as its 20 odd years old but looks good on the move ! interior had corrado seats in ok condition just a slight bit of wear on the drivers bolster an needs the plastic panel that goes under the drivers dash to tidy up but main problem is the headlinging its sagging down an has a rip on it so would need a recover but not too hard to do on a mk2 golf if you have patiance. the wheels all run true but have a small amount of curbing but one has a ding in the rim thats been knocked out but doent look so smooth but it holds air an is balanced up fine
good bits
just had a service plugs, filter,oil and oil/water cooler and seal long mot an its taxed ! gets all the emo ladys attention ! lowerd on FK coilovers had new front disk pads an wheel barings for mot MFA all works drives spo on never let me down in the winter months an cleans up well at some point in its like its had the rear panel smoothed out under the boot an the job they did seems pretty good i don't see no filler cracks thank god .
