Mr Bo11ox, does it run? Whats the body like? I know Lancia handled it pretty well at the time and didnt really deserve the slagging they got, no-one else who made rusty cars in the 70`s bought 2 year old cars back off people and crushed them, but I remeber reading something about them rustproofing the saveable ones so I wondered if some of these have survived intact?

I remember some neighbours having a Beta when I was but a boy, probably 1980-81. Blue and (IIRC) crumbling a little even then ...

It was really tidy, in dark blue. We followed the RAC Rally in it - marshalled on the stage at Oulton Park and then all over the place for the rest of the event. Cracking car! He swapped it for a MkII Escort Harrier after about 6 months, it was too good a deal to refuse ;D

Mr. Darren of the W, if I was to scan a bunch from the pile of local to this side of the globe rags, would you be interested in them for your webbing site?

Excellent, I shall get onto that tomorrow when it's not 1am.. wait... scratch that. Later today when it's not 1am ;D I recently came into a few from one of the chaps that came into the model store I work, he had got what he wanted from a bunch he picked up and gave me the rest.
Included in the pile was the infamous Australian "wheels" magazine that allegedly started the "Godzilla" nickname for the BNR32 GT-R.
Another has a bunch of what look to be horribly translated comic strip ads for Nissans of varying kinds, that make little sense but are all the better for it!
