Hi all,
I've been tasked with selling my uncles car after he passed away back in March, it's a white '89 Corolla 1.6 GL Exec, automatic, he was long term disabled, so the car rarely saw much use, the longest journey it used to do was from Bournemouth up to Brighton to see us lot once a year, to that point it's only got 63k on it, and has only done 400 miles since it's last MOT (last August).
It's overall pretty clean, I need to go an see it to get some fresh pics this weekend, but from memory it's pretty tidy with no scabby bits.
Anyway, I've been offered it, but I'm more of a VW boy and I know a lot of you on here are into your j-tin, so I thought this was the best place to see what sort of interest there is in it.
Obviously there is some sentimental value attached to it, so I don't want kicking in the balls price wise, however, for the same reason I want it to go to someone who will appreciate it (if that means chopping the springs in half and sticking it on some 8" RS's, then that's cool, I just don't want someone buying it to weigh it in) so I guess, ideally, I'm after a rough idea of value, so I can put a proper advert up.
Anyway, here's some shonky pics, I'll get some better ones at the weekend, the plate is staying with us, it will go onto it's original "E" plate.
Cheers,
James
