Congrats! The RS kit suits the Granada well. Will you be mounting a boot spoiler as well?

no mate, I sold my old ghia spoilered bootlid. I don't like the rs rear spoiler enough either to want to drill holes in mine. I like them......just not enough. also every granada I see is a ghia x with a rear spoiler on

its rarer than unicorn poo but wasn't expensive. fortunately I sold it to a good friend who sold it back for around what he bought it from me for. also i've donated the genuine rs matching front spoiler it came with to mk2cossie on here as I already have a genuine one fitted.it needs work doing to it as its very old now and has a crack and a few bits chipped off. was still cheaper than 2.8 chin spoiler normally sells for on ebay

Truthfully, not a fan... May be rare, but I don't think it improves the look. There's a kit for the MkIII granada/scorpio as well that seems to have the most hiddeous bumper ever concocted...
But as always: it's your car and if you're happy with it then all is good!

Oh you mean the millennium kit, makes the front very rounded? I really the Skeete kit too but I've only ever seen one.i really like this kit but the purists won't be with me as it takes the executive look away

I'm in no way a purist, given me adding VW seats to my Granada, lol. It's just a taste thing. There are very few cars that get away with body kits and flared arches. But although I'm not a fan, I should have also added that on your cas as you've built it, it would suit the theme.

I'm not sure on the current colour for the kit, but I do approve of the look mr Would the original green of the car on the kit contrast nicely or look naff?

I planned on getting it colour coded and having black weather piping on it......but the black is very "hotwheels" and is in keeping with the black and green theme

Clever! Never seen those before. I only know the louvre type covers that exist for capri rear side windows and the like.
I think they add nicely to the look of your car!

That sewing machine is a work of art, lovely looking thing, you could get an electric motor conversion for them which was a motor strapped to the back with a belt drive to the pulley then an electric foot pedal thingy to vary the speed, might be worth trying to find one of those?

How can this classic Singer be cheaper than a new low-cost electric? I thought the Singers were collectors items and priced accordingly, well well, real Old skool! Will be interesting to see the result.

Gess it was given to me for free mate,a bloke at work was getting divorced and this was his mums....he didn't want it .free is about as cheap as stuff can get really. every nut and bolt on this car has been turned by me (except the inlet manifold bolts, they were put in by my mate den so I didn't bust em....... so it seems only fitting that I use the manual sewing thing too now . that way I can say i've literally built the whole car with my own hands. I'm not promising a brilliant result but like everything else i've done to the car, i'll have a bloody good try all the same. i've got nothing to lose
gtviva isn't it just. the box is just plain so imaging the smile I had when I saw it too. I have no idea how old it is but it was serviced before being put into storage apparently as well. ive youtubed now to see if theres anything I need to know but it seems quite straight forward so I'll avoid the motor.......id only end up injuring myself with it along the way lol
