All sorted and ready for the 12v switches to arrive. I'll fit the seat tomorrow anyway to get it in place. I've added a cable loop for the ambilical working cord too.

And now. Looks very different to the fitlthy rotten shower seat I picked up Sunday evening. Total cost was £17. I bought a baking tin from Dunelm for a couple of quid so the arm rest console looked pre made

Started snowing today but on the positive the ground was hard. Fitted the sliding door bracket, added the blue leds but still need to wire them up, fitted the pilot seat and started on the front end

Walked into something out of Dune this morning. Made for an epic picture and then turned into a long day. Wouldn't have taken so long if someone hadn't messed up the wiring..... Twice. All sorted now and I would have got the seats in too if the flooring had arrived in time. I took a sack of rubbish out too that had been building up at the "dump" end.

Massive effort today. Got the floor in, seats in (loose not secured), side panels painted rough silver instead of creamy yellow and a trap door added so I can add an underfloor battery compartment.

Extended the floor, started the soundproofing and repainted the worn away sign writing on the side of the silo panel. Looked at the landing legs too....... Gonna need a ton of work for them tho. Also stated making up the air blower for the "moving feeling". Also added the first of the warning signs on the side.

Started with the air blower for the 4d cinema effect thing. Offered it up and it's a surprisingly good fit. also found some old 90s speakers to use as well. Got boat navigation markers for the front corners, a red beacon for the nose spike thingand a bunch of lorry led strip side markers to run along the sides with

Marker lights are on, mounting areas for old speakers decided, seats now secured to the floor the most simple way I could think of, dustbin bolted into the rear central "jet" and a pair of dehandled buckets from the pound shop bolted to the mesh grills of the side mounted theatre lights to make them look more substantial. Started painting some areas too and made a bracket for the front beacon. Reworking the side door now too. The moss on the seat is from the set of the netflix series "yellow jackets" which is where they are from. Thought it was cool to keep bits of the parts back story. Started making a book too which I'll try to make sellable and raise money for the farm. "how I built a rocket for £500"

Got the side lights on and half are wired up. The projector was a massive fail🤦 need to work on that. The air blower is loosely fitted and the nose one lighting is wired up. I've got 3 huge lamps now so may make up some landing thrusters

Arrived today to find the rear fin was wrecked in the storms so had to repair that... So that was today gone 😕

So today I was jetwashing the lean to thing over the rat rod debating our new project. We went to look it over this morning and have made a deal. It needs loads and loads......... But hey, it's an Mr2 right🙄 there's no rush with this one and parts taken off our current one will be moved onto it while parts on the project may well be sold off to raise some funds

So had a different day today...... Double skinned the tail fin, wired the speakers and had the projector running. Really need some of those computer table cable hiding rubber strips now for the door. Got the ns side markers wired in too. Used a silo as a metal. Bending too too...

So amongst other things and waiting for the potential new project car... I noticed something that I've walked past for 4 years now. Then I thought, I know what I'll make out that.

Had to get straps but found a cheapo framed rucksack for sale locally. Now I'm technically £20 into this and pretty much finished.waiting for the flexi hose and the gun bit to arrive for modifying and once finished, the pack will go into the 4d cinema and get used by the staff at the farm when they have Halloween open nights

Made serious progress after work and in my lunch breaks. Splashed out a tenna on a kids toy gun and redid it to suit. Drilled out a finger too which kinda sucked.

Pretty chuffed with how this turned out. Been asked to make a "thump spike" from Dune now...... Think I'll skip that and get back onto the granada and morris instead 😁
