nice work sourcing the manifold Pork! Shame about the crack but as long as you get a pro to weld it it should be fine. Sellers a bit of a git selling it like that though! Name and shame on the forum you got it from as that just underhanded! good luck with the build cant wait to see if it works i cant wait either, my dad/boss thinks its all gunna go bang and doesnt want it any where near the workshop need to get a move on with it coz i do have lots of parts scattered all over the workshop

I think that the best way, or faster way, is to use a power drill instead of your hands but then again I never done nothing like that...
It's taking shape... Keep going...

Thanks Another forum chap said to do it with valve in the head, and put rubber sleeve over top of valve and then attach drill on slow speed This way, no grinding paste can get in valve guides

I did hear that it chucked a piston thru the block tho! Wonder if he's sorted it out Hope all goes well with yours, still got a bit of tweaking to do to make it fit, it's all getting a bit snug in there

In my Lancer spare engine I've done almost the same to the manifold but since my turbo is from a bmw 325td I've just drilled the manifold to support the turbo...
This is getting to be a nice how to turbo your NA car engine... Nice work...

Are some of the impeller blades chipped? The wheel on the exhaust has a few Chips yeah But, I just wanna see if I get all components fitted and working, instead of chucking money at everything ...., then rip it all out again and make everything perfect
