Move the B post use 2 door doors modified rear doors/quarters sills custom rear quarter windows.

Looking at this pic of an XR4, my guess would be, start wit a saphire, XR4 doors, XR4 b-pillar and glass, stitch the rest together. The glass behind the door looks the same to me, nice coincidence that the rear window slope is the same angle as the back of the glass behind the door.

I know of 3 of these conversions, where one of them is in the picture.

Sidenote, there is a guy in a danish sierra group with thoughts on doing one for himself

Sidenote 2, i bookmarked what looked like an epic 4th project. looks like it never finished, picture links are also dead. maybe someone can find something?

darker colour makes it look a bit lumpy...all the chavvy chod on it makes it look like something a 10 year old would draw. a white one wearing simple cossy kit would look deceptively good.

In the dark colour the roof looks like a e36 Convertable hard top at the rear windows. 🤔

I still think the white one looks better, even if it does look a litte bit jazzed up, it still looks factory, I think its the black band between the windows that does it.

Now, if someone out there would like to do a 2dr (3dr?) estate I would very much like to see it please.

I've poured over these 2 door ones for a couple of days now and I've come to the conclusion that I don't like them. There's something not right to my eyes, but I can't put my finger on what it is. I don't think putting OEM rims on or losing body kit would help.

its just too chunky in the rear pillars compared to the front , especially in the darker colours.

It might be that the quarter window is just a little too small. Another reason why the white one looks better, the black band sort of disguises how small it is
