Heaven!! If i could I would do exactly this, just with different cars but the same principle. I don't suppose your going to know this but how much sq metre/sq ft of barns/storage do you have? Just curious to know how much i'll need to get my collection the same

Absolutely fantastic.
If i ever win the lottery, this is exactly what i'd do, although it does seem a shame to see some stuff just decomposing.
Get the telehandler into the field, and get them all lined up in the barns. Lock the doors, and don't open again for 20 years ;D

didn't spot the thread update - doh!
got to say rob's place is AMAZING - and the telehandler does indeed rock for lifting shagged ford pop's out of the weeds!

Almost on the road: b11 sunny breadvan, e36 tds, 325i skidcar,
nearly there: ford f250 tathauler, suzuki alto, u11 bluey
not for a while: ford pop, 32 rails,
not in this lifetime: ruby, '29 hillman

This is why I should never have more then space for 3 cars. I don't think I've seen so many black e21s in one place. Cheers

why don't you sell anything? Its all well and good saying you need more cars but... theres loads of bits still out in the fields just rusting away.. that fiat must have some rare bits on it for one...
Just seems like a waste to me....

I've said this numerous times through the thread - they're not all mine. I can't sell or break what's not mine. I own 9 E21s, 4-5 E30s, 3 E34s, 2 E32s. Half of these cars are being broken for parts for my decent cars and to keep other BMWs on the road, the other half will see the road again and some of them sold. Most of my breakers are beyond economic repair, the rest are an means to an end. I own 3 Land Rovers, all with a purpose. I own various other cars but these are field racers. Anything owned by my father, my aunt or being stored for others aren't for sale or to be broken. The Fiat is my cousins and it's not to be touched. I don't need to justify this "waste", it's their personal choice. Thanks everyone else for their comments

whats the crack here then do you sell any of these on? is it a scrapyard? wanna sell that black 7series? is that white e36 an m3 looks tidy is it up for sale? you got some cool cars in there its a shame to see them rot away though Not a scrapyard, a personal collection mainly of mine and my families cars. The black 7 is up on the chopping block tonight to provide bits to my other BMWs. The white M3 is stored for the local garage, I can enquire if it's for sale. Heaven!! If I could I would do exactly this, just with different cars but the same principle. I don't suppose your going to know this but how much sq metre/sq ft of barns/storage do you have? Just curious to know how much i'll need to get my collection the same Ha! Not sure on the sq ft'age, we're no where near filling the space yet though... Mate I want one of them clubman estates what they like? Nice collection of cars u got there, shame about the ones you had to scrap and have rusted away The white clubman is now in the capable hands of our very own Bodieandoyle off here so it's being saved, it'll be something special when it's done . The brown one could be available (it's mine), but you'd be extremely brave to take up that challenge... didn't spot the thread update - doh! got to say rob's place is AMAZING - and the telehandler does indeed rock for lifting shagged ford pop's out of the weeds! Cheers Kev! I think I need to pop over to yours in the future though... And yes, the teleporter is extremely handy, I used it to great effect by removing a car from it's engine recently This is why I should never have more then space for 3 cars. I don't think I've seen so many black e21s in one place. Cheers I think I bought like 6 black E21s in a row! These days the values have gone up, the 323i's I picked up for £150 seem to be worth over £1000 these days, so my supply has dried up...

I bought a Senator from Ed last month, it was on this farm! Bloody unbelivable place, and I only saw the barn with the Rovers in, never knew there was all this there too. Incredible collection.
Top marks!

F*CK!!!... seriously though like f*ckin.... F*CK!!!!
just... F*CK!!!! is all I can say!
I'm speachless!! , Just found this thread now and read from start to finish. This place is absolutely fantastic!!
As someone said earlier in the thread , it's all well and good seeing nice shiney restored cars but there is definately something magical about "discovering" something that hasn't moved for decades and is exactly as it was left all those years ago.
This place just reeks of nostalgia , i'm giddy at the thought of filling myself with acid on a summers day and spending the entire duration wandering this farm and discovering wonderfull peices of motoring history in their untouched state.... what a day that would be!
