Vauxhalls were exported, through the late 70s to my knowledge.
LHD FEs and Vivas were sold throughout Scandinavia as well as earlier models. Also Switzerland, Belgium and I've seen FCs in France as well. My PAs are both LHD and were sold new in Canada, America got F type Victors and a small handful of FBs. Canadian Vauxhalls died off after the HC Vivas and a small number of FDs.

Hi Chaps
Just stumbled across your site as window shopping at a VX 2300 GLS on eBay.
My childhood was growing up with a 2300 SL
To be honest my dad has loads of parts in the garage for them going to waste.
It’s a shame the parts being sat there if anybody needs anything ,some VX Parts and Senator A Parts.

Rob Irwin Nottingham That post is almost 8 yrs old buddy But the thread still made very interesting reading for one who hasn't seen it before. Never seen a VX2300 irl. Vauxhalls were sold new in New Zealand up to the PC Cresta, FD Victor, and HC Viva. Never owned one myself but many friends and acquaintances did back in the day.

My dad had 3 of them back to back, two estates & then a saloon. I was just pointing out to the new guy how old the post was & the fact that he was very unlikely to get a response from the op. Whenever we seem to get threads revived from virtually a decade ago they always seem to be from new posters who don’t seem to look at the date of the last post

Always preferred the FD myself but that does look good.

I might be interested in the FE parts, if anything is also suitable for HC, so engine / drivetrain bits rather than bodywork.
