As mentioned here, this morning a bunch of nutters braved the chill morning air and headed to London for a drive around the near deserted streets. Massive thanks go out to Seth for organising the event - Cheers Seth! You sir are a legend. I took a few pics, i'm not great at it so I hope some of the more accomplished snappers that came along will supplement my offerings. I did't grab any pics of the meet up - I was a bit late so after a round of hello's it was time to move out. The first stop was at the Olympic Park, Then I missed a few photo ops and we ended up parked up in a street with a great veiw of St Pauls, lit up by the early morning sunsine, A bit more of a drive and we parked up to bring down the neighborhood around New Bond Street. Some breakfast was had and a good old natter befor the various dawn drivers headed off, most to the Chrystal Palace Sprint, KFW to, unsurprisingly, collect tat and I headed home. Lots more fun and frolics took place, but alas I don;t have the evedence!

Looks like fun, there was something similar in Brum a couple of years ago. Great fun. I'd have probably made the trek down if I'd know about it!

Excellent stuff Bognor. I think it worked out really well in the end. Tim, this was all kept under the radar as it worked so well the first time with limited numbers and once I'd invited along those who supported the first one there weren't really many spaces left. I didn't take many photos myself so hopefully others will be along to fill in the gaps. Kev completely fails to follow directions and does his own thing. AGAIN!

What a great day. Thanks for the invite and the organisation, Seth. Great to catch up with everyone and meet a couple of new faces. Sadly I didn't take many photos until the sun was fully up as that's all my camera can handle "With or without?" I photoshopped this one, obviously there was no hooning of any kind I love your photos of the cars on the bridge Mark. One of them does appear to be much taller than all the others for some reason....

Cool. Its a shame I'm so far away. Which makes me wonder if there could be a northern dawn drive set up in my home town. (There's quite a few tunnels)

Well Morris, set it up! They're has to be a good few opportunities for sight seeing and cruising around where you are and I'm sure there's no shortage of willing RR'ers to come along for the fun of it.

That's brilliant! Thanks for shopping in the hubcap that I forgot to put on. Could've sorted out my droopy door handle though!
